Franklin Middle School is proud to announce that our very own ESOL teacher, Mr. Brandon Clarke, was just named the Region 5 Outstanding Secondary Teacher of the Year!   Mr. Clarke will now be advanced, along with the 4 other Region 5 nominees, for the final selection process for Regions of FCPS!  Congratulations, Mr. Clarke, and good luck to you!
