Outstanding Professional Employee – Chris Tippins 🏅

As Franklin’s After school specialist, he exceeds at meeting all the qualifications of his position. He coordinates the after-school activities and programs, oversees community use of the school building and collaborates with school, department and county staff. However, it is his contributions outside of his after-school role is where Chris really shines in our school and community. Great job!

Outstanding Operational Employee – Cynthia Davenport 🏅

Cynthia Davenport is a staple and backbone of Franklin Middle School. Throughout the transitions of multiple principals and assistants to the principal she has had to cover during those transitions, adapt to new leadership needs and schedules, while still doing their jobs of supporting the students and staff at FMS. Great job!

Outstanding Leader – Sarah Burrowbridge 🏅

Sarah is a passionate educator and leader who believes that every student can succeed. She goes above and beyond to help students and teachers. Great job!
